These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the merchant Ritden Urban d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Merchant) and the customer in relation to the purchase of products via the web shop.
By using the web shop and confirming an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and fully accept them.
The web shop offers flowers and flower pollen of industrial hemp with a THC content of less than 0.2%, which are sold as aromatic products and souvenirs. The products are not intended for consumption. Any further processing of the products is not permitted if it would result in a product that is not in compliance with applicable national legislation. All product quantities are expressed in grams.
A sales contract is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order and receives an order confirmation via email.

Također, podaci su nedostupni čak i djelatnicima CorvusPay sustava. Izolirana jezgra samostalno prenosi i upravlja osjetljivim podacima, čuvajući ih pri tom potpuno sigurnima.
The payment form is secured using SSL encryption of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected through encryption using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay complies with all security requirements prescribed by leading card brands and operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program your bank, in addition to validating the card itself, also verifies your identity using a token or password.
Corvus Pay treats all collected information as confidential and handles it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is fully secure, and your privacy is guaranteed by the most advanced protection mechanisms. Only the data necessary to perform transactions is collected, in accordance with strict procedures for online payments.
Security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, strict access control, regular security monitoring, in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and the planned implementation of information security measures continuously maintain and improve the level of system security, ensuring the protection of your card data.

Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Croatia via:
Delivery costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Exception (IMPORTANT):
Due to the nature of the products (food products):
returns are not possible if the product has been opened
returns are not possible if the original or hygienic packaging has been compromised
The customer is obliged to return the product undamaged and unused.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. A withdrawal request may be sent by email to info@drurban.qtsound.me or by post to the seller’s address.
A refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, the refund may be delayed until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying equipment, to the following address: Tobacco & Gift Shop DR Urban Marina Tartaglie 33 10000 Zagreb The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, sealed products once unsealed, or products with a short shelf life.

The Merchant undertakes to respond within 15 days.
The seller shall be liable without limitation for intentional or gross breaches of contractual obligations. In the case of purchases within a business activity, the customer bears the burden of proving negligence. In cases of minor negligence, the customer is not entitled to compensation, except in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations and, in consumer purchases, damage to products purchased for further processing. The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction according to the Merchant’s registered office shall be competent.
The customer has the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
These Terms shall enter into force on the date of publication on the web shop.
The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
